I had a fantastic stay! The Suite with Lake View was fine and impeccably cleaned daily. Breakfast on the covered terrace was awesome, and the thermal spa was a highlight. Staff were super friendly and the whole vibe was just relaxing. Definitely coming back! ☀️

Initial arrival felt lacking without a welcome drink or thorough orientation to facilities. The Classic Double Room was small, and the balcony's lack of privacy with street noise made it less desirable. The pool area was too cold for use, and waiting 20 minutes without service at poolside was frustrating. Dining options beyond breakfast are limited, with unavailability of items like a Club sandwich.

I had the most very nice stay! The Junior Suite with Lake View and Thermal Spa Access offered amazing views that left me in awe. The breakfast buffet was excellent, showcasing a diverse spread that made my mornings good.
